Carrot and Potato Mash
The perfect carrot and potato mash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Carrots
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 5 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes, cook in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt) for about 20 minutes, drain through a kitchen sieve and return to the hot saucepan. Add butter (2 tablespoons), cream (5 tablespoons), and salt (1 teaspoon) and work through well with the potato masher.
