Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of bread, e.g. mixed bread, farmer’s bread or similar.
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, pure, preferably double cream
- e.g. chili sauce
- e.g. chili, dried, crushed or from the mill
- ½ apple, rosy-cheeked, juicy and sour
- Sprouts, e.g. radish or radish sprouts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fruity-spicy snack, best with daikon radish sprouts, radish sprouts, radish sprouts or similar.
Lightly toast or lightly brown a slice of bread. Mix the cream cheese with the chili sauce and a pinch of chili – as hot as you like. Peel the apple and slice it into wedges. Rinse the sprouts and sort them, if necessary. Spread the bread with the chili cream, insert the apple slices, and scatter the sprouts on top. If you like, you can use the chili grinder again.
