Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta, vegan
- Water (sugar water)
- 1 banana(s)
- Cinnamon – sugar for sprinkling
- vanilla sugar
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in sugared water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the margarine with a little vanilla sugar in a pan and thinly slice the banana. Toss the cooked pasta in the margarine and fold in the banana slices. Stir everything gently and let it sit for a while. Serve on plates and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Very easy, very quick, very delicious!
