Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chard
  • 250 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 150 g chanterelles, cleaned
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • some chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Pepper, from the mill
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the white parts of the washed chard crosswise into approximately 1 cm thick slices, and the green parts into approximately 2 cm thick strips. Sauté the onions, chili, and garlic in hot oil until translucent, then add the mushrooms and fry. After approximately 5-7 minutes, add the white chard slices and fry, turning occasionally. After another 5 minutes, add the green parts of the chard and let them collapse. Season with salt and pepper.
