- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper
- Curry, instant stock cubes
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onions, halve them, and also cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the sesame oil in a large casserole dish. First, sauté the bell pepper strips while stirring, then add the chopped garlic and onion strips. Once everything is well mixed and browned, stir in the tomato paste, liquid, stock cube, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes in a covered pot over medium heat. Season with pepper, paprika, and curry powder, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes over low heat. The vegetables should still be slightly firm to the bite. Thicken the sauce if desired. The vegetables taste best with noodles, but you can also serve them with rice or as a side dish.
