Mustard dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp mustard, hot
  • Honey
  • Thyme
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

e.g. with vegetables, potatoes, etc.

For the dip, combine all ingredients and season with honey, thyme, and salt. I used plain blossom honey and added just enough to bring out the sweetness. If the dip isn’t creamy enough, simply add a little more oil. Finally, pour into a small bowl and garnish with thyme sprigs. Tip: If you have any leftover dip, it can also be used as a spread, as long as it’s not too runny.
