Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g beetroot, cooked, vacuum-packed
- 40 g capers, chopped
- 2 small shallots, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- e.g. tarragon, fresh leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper, black from the mill

Since you can buy pre-cooked beetroot, this dish is ready in no time. Finely dice the beetroot or chop it in a food processor. Mix with the capers, shallots, chives, and tarragon, and season with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
