Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beetroot, cooked, vacuum-packed
  • 40 g capers, chopped
  • 2 small shallots, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • e.g. tarragon, fresh leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper, black from the mill

Since you can buy pre-cooked beetroot, this dish is ready in no time. Finely dice the beetroot or chop it in a food processor. Mix with the capers, shallots, chives, and tarragon, and season with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
