Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g broccoli, frozen
  • 30 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • e.g. fresh basil, optional
  • 50 ml Cremefine, 7% fat, or as desired
  • e.g. sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light alternative to pesto, low in calories, perfect with spaghetti or tagliatelle

Thaw 200g of frozen broccoli in the microwave, add it to a blender (without the water), add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, garlic, fresh basil (optional), Cremefine (you can use a little more than directed, depending on how creamy you want it), and salt to taste, and blend thoroughly with a hand blender or blender. Tastes great with spaghetti and tagliatelle. It’s best with fresh pasta!
