Low-carb chicken curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 5 carrots
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a pan. Slice the carrots and add them, cover with water, and simmer until the carrots are tender. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Add the yogurt at the very end.
