Quick tomato salad with sour cream and dill

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, preferably small vine tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 handful of dill
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion and finely dice. Finely chop the dill, mix it with the onion and sour cream in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Wash and quarter the tomatoes (cut large tomatoes into eighths) and add them to the sour cream. Mix everything well and serve. If you like, you can use more sour cream and press in a clove of garlic. We like this with fresh ciabatta.
