- 1 half lemon(s), squeezed
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds

Halve the avocado, scoop out the center with a spoon, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Peel and roughly chop a hard-boiled egg. Blend the avocado, egg, and spices thoroughly in a small blender. Meanwhile, roast the pumpkin seeds in a nonstick pan without fat until they begin to smell. Let the seeds cool slightly. Serve the avocado cream with the toasted pumpkin seeds. The cream tastes great with toasted bread.
