- 90 g tartar
- 5 slices of ham (salmon ham) approx. 10 g each
- 25 g onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 10 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp water or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 50 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 50 ml milk, 1.5%
- 20 g tomato paste
- Pizza seasoning
- 25 g cheese, grated, light

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Knead the tartar with onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, water or vegetable stock, salt, pepper, and paprika into a meat dough. Use the salt sparingly; the ham already has some salt. Mix the yogurt with the milk and tomato paste, season with pizza seasoning, and pour 1 tablespoon of the sauce into a small baking dish. Divide the minced meat into 5 pieces and wrap each in a slice of smoked ham. Place seam-down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil after 15 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta. According to Felix, 5.5 points (without side dish).
