Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and then spread with the sour cream and sour cream. Cut the vegetables and mozzarella into small cubes and spread them on one half of the puff pastry. Season with pepper, salt, and Provençal herbs. Fold the unfilled side of the pastry over and cut the entire pastry into four rectangles (it’s best to keep this in mind when adding the toppings). Finally, cover with a layer of grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. These “cheese hollows” are perfect as a late-night snack.
