Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml condensed milk, 4%
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- salt and pepper
- broth, instant
- 2 tbsp basil, frozen
- 300 g spaghetti or other pasta
Instructions

Heat the condensed milk. Wash the lemon thoroughly. Peel the zest from the lemon with a zester and add it to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and broth. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the sauce. Bring to a boil briefly. Add the basil. Boil the pasta, drain, and immediately mix it with the sauce. We like to serve it with roasted salmon.
