Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 bell pepper(s), color of your choice
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 apple
- herb salt and pepper
- e.g. lemon juice, some dashes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the tuna. Meanwhile, dice the bell pepper, onion, and apple. Mix the drained tuna with the cottage cheese, apple, and diced vegetables in a bowl. Season the salad with herb salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve. It tastes great as a low-calorie dinner.
