Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 800 g zucchini
- 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, chopped, 400 g drained weight
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the zucchini and cut into evenly thick slices. Fry the slices in a pan and set aside. Fry the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the chopped tomatoes to the minced meat and simmer. Add the zucchini to the minced tomato mixture, stir, and continue simmering. Serve with basmati rice. We like to sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Calories: One serving of minced zucchini pan has approximately 336 kcal.
