Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh or from the jar
- 1 leek(s)
- 250 ml Cremefine for cooking
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- Chili flakes or paprika powder
- Herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the garlic, fry it with the meat, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Slice the mushrooms and leek and fry for 5-6 minutes. Then add the cream and Italian herbs and let it simmer briefly. You can also vary the recipe and use cream cheese instead of Cremefine, for example.
