- 1 packet of dry yeast

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Pizza dough: Place the flour in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt. Make a well in the center and sprinkle in the yeast. Pour about 50 ml of lukewarm water over the yeast and mix lightly with your finger. Cover and let the mixture rest in a warm water bath for 15 minutes. While kneading the dough, add lukewarm water until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough vigorously, beating it if possible. Return the dough to the bowl and let it rest in a warm water bath, covered, for another 30 minutes. Preparation: Cut the broccoli into florets and then briefly blanch in boiling water. Tear or cut the cooked ham slices into 2-3 cm pieces. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet and place it on the baking sheet lined with baking paper, adjusting the size. The edges can be pressed up slightly. Spread the hollandaise sauce over the dough, arrange the broccoli florets, ham, and onions on top, and finally sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
