Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll (to taste dough, approx. 275 g
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 balls of mozzarella, approx. 125 g each
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano or pizza seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
makes about 12 pieces
Roll out the dough and cut into 12 pieces. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices. Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a tomato slice on each piece and sprinkle with the seasoning. Place the mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan assisted) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
