Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 250 g tartar, raw
- salt and pepper
- 2 apples, sour
- 600 g red cabbage (without fat and sugar, canned or frozen)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 800 g potatoes, cooked
- 1 tsp oil
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
WW= 3.5P’s per Ps.
Finely dice the onions and sauté in a non-stick pan with a teaspoon of oil until translucent. Add the tartare, fry until crumbly, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finely dice the apples and sauté briefly, then add the red cabbage. Season again with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds and simmer for about 10 minutes. Dice the cooked potatoes, fold in, and heat briefly. Season the potato and red cabbage pan with salt and pepper and serve.
