Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 6 tbsp raisins / sultanas
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead all ingredients thoroughly with a mixer (dough hook). Drop the dough into small heaps using two spoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake the rolls at 200 degrees Celsius (preheat oven) for about 30 minutes.
