Chocolate rolls à la Claudi

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 450 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g chocolate flakes or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Whisk the quark, oil, milk, and sugar together in a bowl, then knead in the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, flour, and baking powder. Finally, fold in chocolate flakes or sprinkles to taste. Form the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. The rolls will keep for several days.
