Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 tomatoes
- 400 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- lots of oregano
- some pepper
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Hollow out the tomatoes, reserving the flesh. Mash the feta cheese with a fork, then mix with the oregano, pepper, and crème fraîche. Stuff this mixture into the tomatoes, pressing firmly. Chop the flesh and place it in a greased baking dish with the passata (season with oregano, salt, and pepper). Add the stuffed tomatoes to the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
