Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 1 orange(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 1 orange(s), the juice
- Salt and pepper, adMühle
- 50 g salami, air-dried

Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Peel the orange like an apple, removing the white pith. Use a knife to separate the segments from the ribs. Make a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Mix the zucchini slices, onion rings, orange segments, and salami slices with the vinaigrette and let it stand for 15 minutes.
