Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g crab
- a few stalks of lemongrass or 1 small lime or some lemon balm
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 fennel
- some chili powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Food combining, it’s quick
First, cut the kohlrabi and fennel into small pieces or strips. Melt margarine or butter in a pan and lightly fry the finely chopped or crushed garlic. Then add the prawns and fry them, then reduce the heat to medium. Chop a few stalks of lemongrass or lemon balm and add them, or alternatively, squeeze a small lime or lemon and add the juice. Add the kohlrabi and fennel and cook for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with sugar, chili, and granulated stock. As stated, this dish is a protein-combining meal and makes 2 servings. If you add rice, for example, it should be enough for 4 servings.
