Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp thyme, dried
  • 2 bags of candy (Vick green)
  • 100 g rock sugar
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (Doppelkorn or vodka)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

also suitable as cough syrup

Place the candies, thyme, rock sugar, and Doppelkorn schnapps in a sealable container and let it steep for about three weeks. Shake occasionally. Then filter or strain and bottle. Enjoy.
