Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, waxy
- 250 g Parmesan
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 50 ml oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Wash the raw potatoes and cut them into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through. Place them upright in a baking dish. Place the thinly sliced garlic cloves between the fanned-out potatoes. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
