"Breakfast muffin" Chicken and Egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (toast rolls)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 burger patties, breaded chicken
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 200g bacon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Place on a paper towel to drain and set aside. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and fry until fried. Tip: Using a frying ring helps them achieve the perfect round shape. Next, fry the chicken burger patties. Toast the bun halves in the toaster. Stack cheese, patty, egg, and bacon on the bottom halves. Place the bun lids on top, and you’re done. Tip: You can also garnish the bun with ketchup or other sauces.
