Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 1 cup cream cheese (Brunch Paprika and Pepper), 200 g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.33 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp leaf parsley, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegetarian, spicy and super delicious

First, mince the garlic, then add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth using a hand blender. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired. If you like it a little spicier, add cayenne pepper. Serve and enjoy. It tastes especially good with falafel and flatbread.
