Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large Iberico pork chops
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 14 minutes

Clean and dry the chops, then marinate them in a garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and thyme marinade for 2-3 hours. Grill the chops in a grill pan for about two minutes on each side. Add the marinade and herbs for the last two minutes. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Bake in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
