- salt and pepper
- 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 1 pepper, mild or hot
- 50 g broccoli
- ½ carrot(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Healthy breakfast
Whisk the egg with milk and season with salt and pepper. Add the thawed spinach and pour the mixture into a hot pan. Let the omelet cook briefly. Chop the pepperoni and carrot. Then add the vegetables to the omelet and cover for about another 5 minutes.
