Tartlets
The perfect tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Flour
- 2,5 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Baggage. Vanillin ~ sugar
- 4 Eggs (M)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Grease the tartlet molds. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Mix the flour with baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients one after the other and mix everything with a mixer briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 1 minute to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 6 molds and smooth out. Put the molds on the grid in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Turn the tartlet out onto a cake rack lined with baking paper and let it cool. Top with fruit if you like and cover with cake glaze
