  • 125 g Flour
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Baggage. Vanillin ~ sugar
  • 4 Eggs (M)
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  1. Grease the tartlet molds. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients one after the other and mix everything with a mixer briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for 1 minute to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 6 molds and smooth out. Put the molds on the grid in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. Turn the tartlet out onto a cake rack lined with baking paper and let it cool. Top with fruit if you like and cover with cake glaze
