Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), very ripe
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp plant milk (plant drink)
- oil
- n. B. linseed
- e.g. strawberries
- e.g. chocolate
- n. B. Almonds, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the banana and mix it with a little plant-based milk and a little flour to form a batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry the batter into pancakes. Top the pancakes with the remaining ingredients, as desired.
