Baked Oven Salmon

The perfect baked oven salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 Organic orange
  • 1 pole Leek
  • Oil
  1. Wash the salmon well, pat dry with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease a casserole dish with rapeseed oil, add the salmon and brush with the mustard.
  3. Peel the orange, cut into slices and spread on the salmon.
  4. Now put it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
  5. Wash the leek, clean it and cut it into rings, heat the oil in a saucepan, add the leek, sauté and season with salt and pepper,
  6. Wash the orange well, rub the peel, squeeze out the juice and add to the leeks and season with salt and pepper.
