Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Lamb salmon
  • For the MARINADE
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 0,5 Cup Virgin olive oil
  • 0,25 Cup Dry red wine
  • 0,5 small pieces Chili pepper finely chopped
  • For the PANADE:
  • Homemade breadcrumbs, (no industrial goods)
  • Thyme, rosemary, wild flowers (all dried)
  • 100 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the lamb salmon for approx. 2 hours.
  • Salt and pepper the dabbed lamb salmon.
  • Mix the breading and turn the lamb salmon in it, place in a buttered (herb or garlic butter) and cook in a preheated oven (fan oven 130 °) for 20 minutes.
  • I serve it with beans / tomato vegetables and baguette.
