Ingredients
- 400 g Lamb salmon
- For the MARINADE
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 Cup Virgin olive oil
- 0,25 Cup Dry red wine
- 0,5 small pieces Chili pepper finely chopped
- For the PANADE:
- Homemade breadcrumbs, (no industrial goods)
- Thyme, rosemary, wild flowers (all dried)
- 100 g Butter
Instructions
- Marinate the lamb salmon for approx. 2 hours.
- Salt and pepper the dabbed lamb salmon.
- Mix the breading and turn the lamb salmon in it, place in a buttered (herb or garlic butter) and cook in a preheated oven (fan oven 130 °) for 20 minutes.
- I serve it with beans / tomato vegetables and baguette.
