- 3 piece Salmon fillet frozen á 125 g
- 3 Splash Lemon juice
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 1,5 tsp Dried dill tips
- Salt pepper
- Light sauce thickener
- ♥ Put the salmon fillets in a baking dish ♥ Mix the cream and stock, season with salt & pepper, add lemon juice – pour over the fillet and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 160 ° C
- ♥ Skim off the cream broth after the cooking time and bring to the boil in a saucepan, season with dill and, if necessary, salt & pepper, bind with a light sauce thickener.
