Salmon from Oven

The perfect salmon from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Salmon fillet frozen á 125 g
  • 3 Splash Lemon juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1,5 tsp Dried dill tips
  • Salt pepper
  • Light sauce thickener
  1. ♥ Put the salmon fillets in a baking dish ♥ Mix the cream and stock, season with salt & pepper, add lemon juice – pour over the fillet and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 160 ° C
  1. ♥ Skim off the cream broth after the cooking time and bring to the boil in a saucepan, season with dill and, if necessary, salt & pepper, bind with a light sauce thickener.
