Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g salmon, frozen
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 20 g oat flakes, fine
  • n. B. Dill
  • n. B. garlic
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and easy, healthy, low carb, finger food

Thaw the salmon and drain well. Cut the fish into pieces and puree with the remaining ingredients until you have a mixture that can be formed into balls. Form the mixture into approximately 18 balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes. Greek yogurt with dill, garlic, and cucumber makes an ideal dip. Serve with dressed spinach as a main course. The balls contain approximately 40 kcal per serving.
