Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 tbsp cream cheese or sour cream
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the onion and bell peppers and sauté them in a pan. Drain the corn and peas. Add them to the pan along with the rice. Season to taste with cream cheese and seasonings.
