Homemade garlic spice paste

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g garlic, peeled
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop the garlic. Place it in a tall container with the vegetable oil and salt. Blend with a hand blender until everything forms a fine paste. Pour the garlic paste into a screw-top jar rinsed with very hot water, cover with a little oil, and seal. The garlic paste will keep for several weeks if refrigerated and kept airtight.
