Raspberry-anise water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, fresh
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 sprig lemon balm
  • 1 tsp anise, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Sort the raspberries. Rinse the rosemary and lemon balm and shake dry. Place everything in a glass carafe with a lid, along with the anise, fill with water, and cover. Refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours.
