Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 300 ml milk
- 250 g sourdough
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 130 g grated cheese (half mozzarella / half cheddar or similar)
- 250 g fresh, chopped spinach
- 1 tbsp mustard
- some oil, butter or margarine for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients. Lightly grease a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for one hour. It can be frozen and reheated in the microwave using a damp kitchen towel.
