Tomato and mozzarella roll wreath

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of rolls (Sunday rolls), 6 rolls, for baking
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Side dish to soup

Remove the Sunday rolls from the tin and cut each into two pieces using a sharp knife. Arrange the roll halves in a circle and bake according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella. Carefully remove the roll ring from the oven and insert a toothpick into the top of each half roll. Alternate mozzarella slices, tomatoes, and basil leaves on each toothpick. Serve hot with soup.
