Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes, washed, cleaned and halved
- 4 spring onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, coarsely chopped
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dip for grilling, as a spread or with pretzels
Place the radishes, spring onions, and parsley in a food processor fitted with the cutting blade and chop until finely chopped. Remove the blade and place the blender in the processor. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
