  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Drain the whey from the cottage cheese in a sieve. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the olive oil. Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes. Finely chop the chives and fold them into the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This is a very quick, tasty, and low-calorie side dish to jacket or baked potatoes, to minute steaks, or served on bread. The olive oil can also be omitted. Depending on your appetite, this recipe serves two people as a side dish to jacket or baked potatoes, or four people as a side dish to turkey steak with bread.
