Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese, 0.1% fat
- 1 large egg(s) (organic)
- 3 tbsp, heaped protein powder, e.g. vanilla whey
- 5 g baking soda, alternatively baking powder
- 10 g pecans
- 2 drops of vanilla flavor, e.g. Flavour Drops Vanilla, optional
- 1 tbsp, heaped xylitol (sugar substitute), light, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
low carb, low fat, makes approx. 8 muffins
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer and beat briefly on high speed. Pour the batter into 8 muffin cups (silicone baking cups are ideal). Then bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
