Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml cola
  • 3 tbsp applesauce
  • 3 tbsp plum jam
  • 3 tbsp beet syrup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 500 ml tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Reduce the cola to about 100-125 ml. It will then be slightly syrupy. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and other spices, if desired. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water. And now you have a fiery, flavorful sauce.
