Unusual and super delicious pizza
For the dough, sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the yeast and sugar. Add the water, 1 heaped teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Then roll it out on a lightly greased baking sheet and let it rise again, covered. For the sauce, finely chop the garlic clove and briefly fry it in hot oil. Briefly sweat the tomato paste in it and deglaze with the tomatoes. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Then season to taste with balsamic vinegar and the spices. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C (fan oven). Spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Then scatter the grated cheese, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes on top. Crumble the feta cheese over the dough and finally sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Bake on the second rack from the bottom for about 10 minutes until crispy.
