Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk, warm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g cheese
  • 200 ml homemade tomato sauce
  • 2 bell peppers, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine flour, yeast, salt, oil, and milk in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Once the dough has formed a firm texture, cover and place it on a warm radiator for about 15-25 minutes to rise. If you’re pressed for time, you can continue working with the dough immediately. Wash the peppers, deseed them, and cut them into thin strips. After the resting time, roll out the dough and spread it with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200°C for 20 minutes.
