goes well with many dishes and soups

Make a yeast dough from flour, water, yeast, and salt and let it rise. Finely dice the onions and grate the cheese. Mix the sambal oelek with a little oil. Then take a pizza-sized piece of yeast dough and knead in the onions and cheese to taste. Roll out each piece of dough into a pizza dough and brush with a little of the spicy oil mixture. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. It’s also delicious if you sprinkle a little cheese on the baked flatbread and let it melt again in the oven. Delicious as a side dish to soup or as a snack with a yogurt and herb dip.
